One number for everything technical in the house.
Most technology problems are not hard. They are just nobody's job. Ajax MS takes the whole of it — networks, devices, subscriptions, installers and the arguments between them — and makes it one relationship with one number.
What a concierge actually does
When the WiFi drops during a call, the honest answer is usually that no single company owns the problem. The internet provider blames the router. The router was installed by an electrician who has moved on. The access points were added later by someone else. The television installer put a switch behind a cabinet nobody can reach. Every one of them is partly right, and none of them is going to fix it.
Ajax MS takes ownership of the whole stack. We document what is in your property, who installed it and how it is meant to work, so that when something breaks there is no diagnosis phase — we already know what is there. Most issues are resolved remotely, often before you have finished describing them.
Working with everyone else
A large part of this job is dealing with other people on your behalf. Comcast and the fibre providers. The integrator who installed the Control4 system. The alarm company, the AV company, the person who set up the printer four years ago. We hold those conversations so you do not have to, and we sit on hold so you do not have to either.
We are equally happy inheriting a system somebody else built. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is quietly costing you money.
What it feels like when it works
Nothing. That is the entire point. The measure of this service is not how quickly we answer — though members reach a person, not a queue — it is how rarely you need to call at all. Systems are monitored, firmware is kept current, certificates and subscriptions are renewed before they lapse, and the failures that would have become your Saturday afternoon are handled on a Tuesday while you are out.

Rarely on its own.
These overlap more than they look like they do. A camera problem is usually a network problem, and a network problem is usually a security problem waiting to happen.
